Custom Orders
50% non-refundable deposit (unless something unforeseen happened during fabrication process) due upon receipt. If not received same day, pricing can change due to rapid metal price changes. 

Shipping
We highly recommend shipping insurance for any order. SDF JEWELRY will  NOT be held Responsible for lost or stolen parcels. 

Shipping has been taking a bit longer due to the world pandemic. I will not be answering emails about package delivery unless the 7 business days have passed from shipping date.

Items are shipped 1-3 business days of purchase.

Refunds
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
